Abigail gets the pleasure of waking up every morning knowing her 6 year old self would be incredibly proud of what she does for a living. As the founder, owner, and director of Abundance Academy of Dance, she works night and day to create a positive experience for the entire AAD family.
Using Positive Psychology, Abigail integrates positive interventions into her programming, things like gratitude practice, growth mindset, inclusivity, kindness, daily dozen, power of yet, and strengths integration to inspire participants to flourish! Abigail integrates a positive learning environment that builds character and challenges each participant. She believes that self-confidence and self-respect can be built by dedicating one’s self to learning the art of dance.
She is setting the bar for what is possible in integrating art with movement and human flourishing. Each class she focusses on a different character strength. She teaches grit, resilience, self regulation, creativity, curiosity, love of learning, honesty, Zest, gratitude, team work, and hope.
